How do you measure progress without a starting point?

We offer body composition assessments for those members who are looking for a good starting point on their health and wellness journey. This includes weight, BMI, Body Fat %, and numerous locational measurements to help track your progression.

We also offer and do physical strength and skills assessments based on the type of training and goals you have.

Program Design

We are available to design a fitness program tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you want to lose weight and tone up improving your health, increase speed strength and agility, build muscle, train to lift competitively or train for types of body building or physique competitions.

Personal Training

You will get dedicated 1 on 1 attention from your Personal Trainer every step of the way.  Your Personal trainer will sit with you and complete a short interview process to better understand your needs and goals, as well as health and medical history.  Based on your goals; assessments will be taken both in body measurements as well as fitness, to developed a program right for you.  We will work together to determine your schedule based on goals and sessions purchased.

Group Training

Whether you are looking for a small group to train with or regular types of aerobic classes, we have various offerings for you. 

Daily Independent HiiT

Welcome to the "IMPACT ZONE!"  Every day will be a different 30 & 60 minute Hiit routine that you can do on your own.  Exercises will be broke in timed rounds with a large clock timer with horn.  No set schedule.  Jump in at the beginning of any round.  Exercises will be on the board and staff available to explain as needed.  Perfect for those in a rush and  can't make a regular scheduled class.


Are you looking for something different.  Simple aerobics style classes not your thing.  Then bootcamps might be just what you are looking for.

Much like a structured aerobics class, but bring a lot more lifting challenges into the mix.  Designed as a hybrid of cardiovascular and muscle building.  Prepare to sweat! :)

These style classes are beneficial to those that want to compete in obstacle races like The Spartan!

Bootcamps will be available for adults as well as different ones created specifically for youth programs.

Speed/Agility Trainings

Have you heard the phrase "Bigger, Stronger, Faster?"  Speed and Agility training is key for improving athletes performance.  It's Impact Fitness's goal to help make the athletes from Highland and surrounding counties standout.  Our mission is to help improve you for your goals towards breaking High School records and assist in being noticed for colligate and professional sports!

This segment of training will be built into the bootcamps.  

Impact Fitness also has speed trainers called RUN ROCKETS!  These provide resistance training to an athlete while running or numerous training exercises designed to teach better form, speed, and strength.

Track Coaching

RUN FASTER!!!  Are you a track athlete at any level?  Even if not in track, does your sport focus depend on speed? Would you like to increase your performance and "Shatter Goals!"?

Impact Fitness has a unique offering that no other around has; 2 lane indoor track.  Track length is a third of the 100 meters.  The purpose is to assist, train, and coach on starting block launch, stride length, running form, and for those that do hurdles strides to hurdles as well as leaping the hurdle itself with unique and specifically designed training hurdles.

We have 4 tanning beds available.
2 Premium High Power Beds, a 9 minute stand up and a 12 minute laydown with facial tanners - Premium package required for use and scheduled appointments.
2 regular 12 minute lay down beds - included in basic gym memberships and first come first serve.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to ages 7 and up.  
We train our group the art and discipline of ground grappling in BJJ and create a team environment where our group competes in tournaments,


We have a highly decorated and experienced Mixed Martial Arts instructor in Muhammed Abdullah to help coach and train in the disciplines of Boxing and MMA,
