Biography
With over 30 years of lifting experience and a background as a former competitive powerlifter, I bring a lifetime of dedication and discipline to every training session. I’ve been trained in the Conjugate methodology of Strength Training with Nate Harvey with Elite FTS. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my mission is to help clients achieve their goals—whether that means stepping on stage, dominating on the field, or simply living a healthier, stronger life.
My training philosophy is rooted in versatility and performance. I work with athletes across a wide range of sports and competition levels, specializing in powerlifting and bodybuilding prep, while also providing effective programs for weight loss, general health, and functional fitness.
Nutrition guidance is a core part of my approach, helping clients fuel their progress and build sustainable habits that support long-term success. Whether you’re training for strength, aesthetics, or overall wellness, I tailor programs to match your needs, experience level, and goals.
