How do you measure progress without a starting point?
We offer body composition assessments for those members who are looking for a good starting point on their health and wellness journey. This includes weight, BMI, Body Fat %, and numerous locational measurements to help track your progression.
We also offer and do physical strength and skills assessments based on the type of training and goals you have.
We are available to design a fitness program tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you want to lose weight and tone up, improve your health, increase speed, strength, and agility, build muscle, train to lift competitively or train for types of body-building or physique competitions.
You will get dedicated, one-on-one attention from your Personal Trainer every step of the way. Your Personal trainer will sit with you and complete a short interview to better understand your needs and goals, as well as your health and medical history. Based on your goals, assessments will be taken in body measurements and fitness to develop a program right for you. We will work together to determine your schedule based on goals and sessions purchased.

Our mission is to help improve you for your goals toward breaking High School records and assist in being noticed for colligate and professional sports!

RUN FASTER!!! Are you a track athlete at any level? Even if not in track, does your sport focus depend on speed? Would you like to increase your performance and "Shatter Goals!"?
Impact Fitness has a unique offering that no other around has: 2 lane indoor track. The track length is a third of the 100 meters. The purpose is to assist, train, and coach on starting block launch, stride length, and running form, and for those that do hurdles strides to hurdles as well as leaping the hurdle itself with unique and specifically designed training hurdles.

We have 4 tanning beds available.
2 Premium High Power Beds, a 9 minute stand up and a 12 minute laydown with facial tanners - Premium package required for use and scheduled appointments.
2 regular 12-minute lay-down beds - included in basic gym memberships and should be scheduled.
Walk-ins are accepted, if there are no conflicting appointments scheduled.
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 5 - 5:30 pm. Includes a mix of times rounds of boxing on heavy bags, as well as a multitude of variations of HIIT exercises mixed in for a 30 minute sweat session.
